SBJ Homes - Services We Offer
Ready Designs
Starting at 400 square feet and going up from there, we offer all variations of floor plans that are ready to go for your project. These design options are full plan sets that are ready for you to order and get an immediate start on your project. ($500 to $750 for full set of plans depending on size)
Modified Ready Designs
From our wide range of ready designs, we can take these plans and modify them with minor adjustments to fit your specific needs. From mirroring the plan to making minor revisions - these changes are quick and easy with minimal additional costs to the initial ready design price. (Minimum of $250 charge for these changes to be updated throughout the ready design plan set.)
Custom Designs
We have over 20 years' experience in designing plans for all size projects throughout the US. From storage sheds to 7,500 square foot homes, we can use our expertise to help you bring your design to LIFE! ($500 initial deposit to commence the project on custom designs / maximum price for full set of plans is $5,000 - This includes preliminary design, floor plan, site plan specific to your project, elevations, foundation profile, electrical, interior elevations, and any other designs necessary to the construction of your project.
A Piece to Display
The reason for our pricing to be well below the industry standard is because of our love for design and drafting. If we had the option, we would hand draw every plan set and make actual blue print sets. As AutoCAD is efficient, this art has all but been deleted from existence. We want to continue this form on by offering it to our clients as an option for you to experience and display. For an additional $1,500 to your project, we will hand draw your plans on mylar paper, ink over all lines, hand letter all text, and produce actual blueprints of your plans for your project. This experience is time consuming, but you are not only getting your project custom designed you are also getting art to display.
3D and Walk Throughs
A great way to get a full understanding and visual of your design truly coming to LIFE! We offer our 3D services for all projects as an additional cost of $750. For this service, you will receive 3D prints of your project and a walk around video of the overall site. Contact us for pricing if you would like a full exterior and interior video walkthrough of your project.
Renovations and Additions
When the space you are already in is the one you love, but need to make some improvements this is the service for you! We come to your home/space and see first hand what you are wanting to do add or renovate. With our expertise and your ideas, we are able to create an even better space to the one you already love!
